These terms cover 25 Warm Places to Retire After 60, a $27 PDF guide. By buying it, you agree to what is written here.
Who you are buying from
Walking with Maggie is a brand of Romyro Marketing, a seller based in Romania. You can reach us any time at maggie@walkingwithmaggie.com.
Payments are handled by Stripe.
What you are buying
A one-time digital purchase: a PDF guide you read on a phone, tablet or computer, or print. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Nothing is shipped.
The price is in US dollars. The price you see is what you pay at checkout.
Delivery
After your payment clears, you can download the guide straight from the page you land on after paying, and a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. If neither reaches you, write to maggie@walkingwithmaggie.com and it is sent over.
Your licence to use it
What you buy is for your own personal and household use.
- You may read it, keep it, and print it for yourself.
- You may share it with the people in your own household, for example a partner you are planning the move with.
- You may not resell it, republish it, or hand it out to anyone outside your household, in whole or in part.
- You may not copy the text or the layout into your own product.
The guide stays the property of Walking with Maggie. The town photographs belong to their photographers and are used under the licences listed on the Photo credits page.
What the guide is not
The guide is general information to help you shortlist places and plan a visit. It is not tax, legal, immigration, financial or medical advice. Visa rules, tax rules, prices and flight times change. Confirm anything you rely on with the consulate, a qualified adviser, or the official source before you act on it. The full disclaimer is on the Disclaimer page, and it is part of these terms.
Refunds
The guide carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, by emailing maggie@walkingwithmaggie.com. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is respected in full. The complete policy is on the Refund Policy page.
Limitation of liability
The guide is sold as it is, for personal information. To the extent the law allows, Walking with Maggie is not liable for any loss, damage or cost that follows from decisions you make using it, including a move, a purchase, a lease or a visa application. Nothing here removes any liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including your consumer rights.
Changes
These terms can change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
Governing law
Romanian law applies. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your own country of residence.
